Once David Marcel Harris and our fulfillment team process your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update once the package is with the carrier.
3. Delivery Issues & Refunds
In line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, if your order is damaged during transit or is significantly delayed beyond our estimated window, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
