5. How to Request a Return

6. How to Send the Product Back
Once approved, repack the product securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the receipt. Send the product to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not charge processing or restocking fees. If the return is due to a faulty item or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product is received and inspected. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.
9. Product Exchange
Return the original product according to the guidelines. Once we receive the item, you can place a new order for the desired product.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
