1. Return Eligibility Window

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and unopened).
• The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

In cases of damaged or incorrect shipments, Romsucces will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Personalized & Custom Products

Please note that personalized or custom-made products (such as engraved items or bespoke formulas) are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing error or shipping damage.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking

• Return Shipping: For voluntary returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
• Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
