Where do you ship to?
Currently, Romsucces exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 (USD) for all domestic orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is approximately 9 to 19 business days. This includes a handling time of 2-5 business days and a transit time of 7-14 business days.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can request a cancellation within
12 hours of placing your order. Please email
support@romsucces.com immediately with your order number. After 12 hours, the order may have already entered the processing stage.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor its progress.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
