2. Return Window

Romsucces accepts returns within 60 days of the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier. Returns initiated after this window will not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

The return window begins on the date your package is marked as delivered.

3. Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must meet the following condition at the time of return:

  • Required Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, scratches, makeup, pet hair, or other signs of use. All original tags, straps, dust bags, protective coverings, accessories, and packaging must be included.

If an item is returned with missing components or reduced value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund by an amount reasonably reflecting the loss in value, where permitted by law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances unless required by law:

• Personalized items
• Final sale items: Final-sale products will be clearly marked on the product page before purchase and, where applicable, at checkout.

5. How to Obtain a Return Label

Return Label Method: After your return request is approved, you may download and print a prepaid return shipping label at no charge from our returns portal or via the email we send you.

To initiate a return:

    • Contact us at support@romsucces.com within the return window.
    • Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
    • Wait for return authorization and label instructions (typically within 1–2 business days).
    • Pack items securely and ship to the return address below.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Who Pays Return Shipping: Store (free return label download and print after return approval)
  • Return Shipping Cost: Free return shipping — download and print a prepaid label after your return is approved
  • Original (Outbound) Shipping Refund: The original (outbound) shipping charge is non-refundable; however, return shipping is free.

Romsucces provides one prepaid return shipping label at no cost for approved eligible returns. Customers must use the label provided by us. Shipping costs incurred through an unauthorized shipping method will not be reimbursed unless approved in writing beforehand.

7. Fees Deducted From Your Refund

We disclose every fee that may reduce your refund before you buy and again when you start a return. No undisclosed or hidden charges are ever applied.

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 — No restocking fee applies to eligible returns
  • Refund Processing Fee: $0.00 — No additional refund processing fee is deducted from your refund.

Summary: The following amounts may be deducted from your refund: the original outbound shipping charge. All deductions are disclosed before purchase and at the time of return.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund after we process it.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@romsucces.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable.
