We publish accurate shipping timelines and transparent delivery costs so customers know what to expect before they buy. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

U.S. Delivery Area: We ship to physical street addresses within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We do not ship to international destinations outside the United States.

  • Definition: Handling time is the period to verify the order, pick and pack items, and hand the package to the carrier. Handling time does not include transit time.

After your order leaves our facility and is handed to the carrier, estimated shipping (transit) time is:

  • International Transit Time: N/A
  • Shipping Regions Served: United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.)

6. Total Estimated Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery at your address (handling + transit):

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days total (order to delivery)
  • Breakdown: 1–2 business days handling/processing + 2–5 business days carrier transit = 3–7 business days total (order to delivery) — calculated as handling time (1–2 business days) plus domestic transit time (2–5 business days)

We strive to fulfill all orders within the stated handling and transit timeframes shown above. Total time from order to delivery equals handling time plus transit time unless stated otherwise on the product page.

7. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

International Shipping

  • International Shipping Fee: Not available — domestic shipping only
  • International Availability: International shipping is not available. We ship to physical street addresses within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.). All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you complete purchase. We do not add hidden shipping charges after checkout.

8. Shipping Carriers

Orders ship via: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier assigned may vary based on delivery address, package weight, and method selected at checkout.

9. Order Tracking

Yes — a tracking number is emailed once your order ships

When tracking is available, you receive an email with the tracking number and carrier link after the order ships.

10. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Not applicable. We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international delivery. Domestic orders are not subject to import duties or customs clearance.

11. Shipping Delays, Lost Packages, and Exceptions

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. Customers may contact us for assistance with delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or the package has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost, Romsucces will provide an eligible replacement or refund.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable physical street address at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If a package is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, any reshipping fee will be disclosed and approved before the order is sent again.

13. Partial Shipments and Backorders

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may ship available items first and ship remaining items separately at no additional standard shipping charge unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
